His Majesty King Stabilo Richard Horatio Robert Windsor II |
| Our illustrious monarch. Came to the throne in 3182 on the death of his father King Stabilo I. Very politically active much in the vein of his father who was a great believer that a Commonwealth monarch should 'lead from the front'. There are rumours that His Majesty occasionally goes 'under-cover' within the community to get a better feel for the thoughts of his populace. | |

Sir Marmaduke Pendragon KCB Baronet of York Minister of Defence Wolf 359 Commonwealth |
| Sir Pendragon is an astute politician who changed from the Conservatives to the Progressives just prior to the previous election. He is considered an arch traditionalist and more a manager than military man. He is seen as a safe pair of hands, politically speaking by the more conservative elements in the Commonwealth. He is a member of one of the richest and oldest Commonwealth families. |

Lord George Peters DTE GS Baron of Lincon |
| Retired at the end of 3201 as High Admiral of the Pack after an illustrious career in the Royal Navy rising from the rank of Ensign to his final position of overall command of the RN. A loyal subject and a very bright man, his experience will be sorely missed by the Commonwealth. We wish him well at whatever he does in the future. |

High Admiral of the Pack Lord Stewart Carley DTE C-in-C RN Baron of New Cornwall |
| Baron Carley is the new High Admiral from the start of 3202 replacing Lord Peters. An able intelligent officer, a good leader of men, a good motivator and very creative when the situation calls for it. He is also a war hero as commander of the Commonwealth forces in Q5 against the Exterminators. He was a surprising choice for some as a non-enhanced, but his outstanding record has currently silenced his critics. |

"He shows no fear in the face of the enemy or his superiors." His temper has quite often landed him in trouble, but his talent, drive and commitment have still allowed him to rise from Alpha Lt to his current position. |

Dr John Rice |
| Dr. Rice is often regarded as the 'forgotten' founder of the Commonwealth. But without his brilliant mind, a large number of the Commonwealth's systems would not be what they are today. His main areas of expertise were planetary terraforming and social engineering. Some of the Commonwealth's systems are still very close to Dr. Rice's original designs in look. His trade mark was a bungalow built on a remote mountain where he could meditate undisturbed by the modern world. Some of these bungalows still exist today and are a site of pilgrimage for many people. His social engineering principles were even more successful and many worlds through out the quadrants have societies whose core principles were constructed by Dr. Rice. |
