Alien Communication
Team to be set-up consisting of representatives from all signatories 
to try and restore communication with the 'alien intelligence'.


Territorial Boundaries
All territory currently claimed by all signatories will be recognised
as the territory of that party by all other signatories.


Access to resources
All parties to be allowed peaceful access to the resources of each of
the other signatories.
