Article 1: Recognition

Both Polities recognise the borders of and pledge to respect the 
territorial integrity of the other.    


Article 2: Non-aggression

Both Polities will neither take nor support, directly or indirectly, any 
military action directed against the assets or interests of the other.  


Article 3: Military Provision (a) 

An Officer Exchange Program is to be initiated 
between the VN and the MPC along with joint exercises to complement and 
enhance the cooperation between the two navies.


Article 4: Military Provision (b)

Both parties will endeavour to provide upon request: logistical support, 
refuelling, repair facilities and humanitarian assistance, providing that 
this does not bring either into conflict with a third Human party.


Article 5: Scientific Provision (a)

Both parties agree to exchange interstellar survey data relating to the 
safe navigation of starships.


Article 6: Scientific Provision (b)

Both parties agree to cooperate in the field of Exterminator research, 
with an exchange of data, scientists, facilities and materials for the 
betterment of Humanity.


Article 7: Scientific Provision (c)

Both parties agree to cooperate in the field of Forerunner research, with 
an exchange of data, scientists, facilities and materials as agreed on a 
case by case basis by both parties and subject to the Republic of New Venus' 
obligations under the International Forerunner Foundation Treaty.
